After the second of two performances in Atlanta, Dylan & the Band are invited to visit then-governor of Georgia Jimmy Carter at a post-concert party at the Governor's Mansion. In a private conversation between Dylan & Carter in the garden, Carter recalled that “The only questions he asked me were questions about my Christian faith, and what it meant to me. Basically the principles of it.”
